SOS From Beans

Earlier when I posted the emergency situation for Tinker I had not had time to find a picture of myself. So, in the meantime, here’s me when I was just a vienna sausage. I figured if you saw a picture of a puppy you’d want one, think about housebreaking it and wish for one who had already gone through teaching its family how to let it out the door at the right time. Anyway, that leads to Tinker. She is housebroken (at 7, she ought to be) and she still needs a home and a family.

Hey to all,

Sorry I don’t have a pretty picture of myself to share with you today, but I have an urgent message and a plea for help on behalf of one of my own kind. Although I have never met this 7-year-old miniature dachshund, her lady owner passed away a few weeks ago and the husband of the lady cannot take care of her. He is confined to a walker/scooter and lives on the 7th floor of Spring Harbor (not convenient for him to take the dog for walks, etc.). I understand Tinker, the name of my unmet friend, is housebroken. That really means that humans are able to interpret when she is asking to go outside. What is sad is that Tinker is sad and is missing her lady. If anyone reading this posting has a tender heart and room for a pet to love, then please let Amy know.

Frankie says, “qiusd689yq3tbjyhagzbdfjcl asdofiu!” That means she echoes my prayer for a home for Tinker.

In addition, if anybody wants to take Frankie off my hands….oops I better go. I think I hear Amy coming down the hall.

Help Tinker! Bring her home!

  1. Sad for Tinker! Beans is hilarious! ELDinTN

  2. Yes, I am. Thanks for noticing. I think you need a dog…maybe 2? I can work a deal.

  3. Hey Bee-BAM! I enjoy reading your posts. They are always funny to me. I hope you’re doing well. What have you been up to lately? Anything new around the house that I should be aware of? Tell Frankie I said hey.

  4. Hope Tinker found a good home. Dottie would not want me to even be reading about an up for adoption doggie. She is fine all alone with her human family. Right now she has my lap all to herself in front of the computer.
